Return Policy

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item(s). Returned items must be in new, unused condition with packaging and any jewelry card or meaning card in tact. Returns will be credited in the same manner as original payment. Shipping costs are not refunded. Stash Jewelry does not cover return shipping costs. 

Items beyond 14 days and up to 60 days may be exchanged or returned for a website credit. Stash Jewelry does not cover shipping costs for these exchanged or returned items. 

Gift cards, custom orders, some one of a kind, some limited edition and some sale items are non-refundable.
